Yes. Adult art classes include acrylic painting nights, watercolor painting and pottery, while kids art classes cover clay, collage, beading and free Saturday morning crafts for ages 5-12. Families often take art classes together in the same session.
No. Every class is built for complete beginners as well as returning artists. The instructor walks the room step by step, and you are welcome to follow along exactly or take the project in your own direction.

Yes. Canvases, paints, brushes, clay, mosaic materials and aprons are all provided in studio classes. Just bring yourself — and wear something you do not mind getting a little paint on.
Choose a date on the booking page, pick your seats, and complete the digital liability waiver. Seat availability updates live, so what you see on the calendar is what is actually open. Payment is collected at the studio through our point-of-sale system unless your confirmation says otherwise.
Kids craft classes are designed for elementary and middle-school-age artists. Younger children are welcome with a participating adult, and we are happy to recommend the right session if you tell us your child's age through the contact form.
Absolutely. Private lessons and group events can be booked for birthdays, scout troops, bridal showers, church groups, corporate team building and homeschool co-ops. Message us with your date, group size and age range and we will build the session around it.

Studio classes involve paints, tools, kilns and other materials, so every participant (or a parent or guardian for minors) signs a short digital liability waiver during booking. It takes about thirty seconds and is stored securely with your reservation.
Enrolling in a community art class at Heart to Art takes about a minute. Open the class calendar, pick the date and time that works, choose how many seats you need, sign the short digital waiver and you are enrolled. There is no membership, no application and no art background required — anyone in the Jacksonville community can join a single class whenever they like.
Yes. Weekend sessions are the busiest part of our calendar, and free kids arts and crafts run every Saturday morning at 9:00 AM for ages 5-12. Paid weekend workshops for adults are priced per class with all supplies included, so there is no kit to buy on top. Current dates and prices are always listed on the calendar.
All of them are beginner-friendly, and we regularly host teens, adults and seniors in the same room. Teens are welcome in adult painting, pottery and jewelry sessions, and seniors tell us the slower watercolor and mosaic classes are the easiest place to start. Watercolor painting is a regular part of the schedule and is taught from the very first brushstroke, so no drawing experience is needed. Acrylic painting, pottery, mosaics and jewelry making are also taught step by step. Check the calendar for the next watercolor date.
A private studio session is $180 and can be booked for one person or a small group at a time you choose. It includes the instructor, the studio space and all materials, and it is the same price whether you paint, throw pottery or work on a custom project.
No. Heart to Art is an in-person studio in Jacksonville, Florida, so every class happens here at 540 Commerce Center Dr., Suite 145. There is no monthly subscription and no online course to sign up for — you pay for the individual class you attend, and the supplies are already included.

The studio sits on Jacksonville's east side at 540 Commerce Center Dr., Suite 145, across from Eleven22 — a short drive for Arlington, Intracoastal West, Girvin, Hodges, Queen's Harbour, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach and Jacksonville Beach. Free parking is right outside the suite.
